Nya's Hope Love & Light Candles Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost, items must be in their original condition and packaging with the order number provided. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened or used items cannot be refunded. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding non-refundable shipping costs. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to appear on your statement due to processing times.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
